Dream catchers were made by the Ojibwa by tying sinew strands in a web around a small round or tear-shaped frame of willow. The resulting dream-catcher, hung above the bed, is used as a charm to protect sleeping children from nightmares. As dreamcatchers are made of willow and sinew, they are not meant to last forever but are intended to dry out and collapse as the child becomes an adult.

Eddie and Ilse offer a wider selection and higher volume this year. Check out their varieties of lettuce for a true salad delight.
Bread with a difference. Brian mills a variety of grains to produce a range of fresh-baked breads with no preservatives. Lovers of bread will enjoy his Nine Grain version. His cinnamon buns are a great market treat for the family when strolling around the vendors. Also look for his all-natural peanut butter spreads. Try out his hearty home-made granola of oats, wheat, sesame seed, coconut, sunflower seed, chopped almonds and raisins. His breads take a common sandwich to new levels. Canadians need more fiber in their diet, say the doctors. And this stall is an excellent place to get your daily requirement.
