We regularly host speakers (Brian Clement of the Hippocrates Institute, David Wolfe, etc...) and do workshops (chocolate making, smoothies, detoxing, juice fasting, etc..).

We have a combined 23 years of research, education and personal experience into looking young and feeling good.

Mark is a registered holistic nutritionist with 2 young vegan mostly raw children. Brigitte is a master of transition with 4 kids (my girls are 100% vegetarians.... and everyone drinks their daily sprout green juice and superfood smoothies and other vegan concoctions we create). Mark has been growing sprouts and eating lots of them since 2004, Bridgitte since 2007. We began growing and selling sprouts and making chocolate together in 2009. We have more fun than any couple we know and would love to share what we have learned with you!
